What do I do if I get hurt at school?? You go to the school nurse, who is in the office at the front of the school. If you are hurt on the playground or any other place, ask permission from the teacher or an adult, and they will send you to the nurse to get better. And the nurse is really nice! |
| How do students get to school? Some students walk to school or come in their family's car, but most kids ride the bus. What is it like to ride on the school bus? Riding on the school bus is fun, especially when your friends are on the bus. If you have friends on the bus, you can talk to them. If your friend doesn’t ride the bus, try to make new friends on the bus. How do I know which bus is mine? Each bus has its own number. You will know the bus you ride because the school will send your parents a letter about what number bus you ride. The bus picks you up at a stop near your house in the morning. At the end of the day the principal will call bus numbers over the P.A. system, and then you go out to your bus. |
