School Libraries and your Child
Volunteers
The University Elementary School Library Media Center would not be the wonderful place that it is without the help of community volunteers. If you would like to volunteer at the UES Library Media Center, fill out the form below and return it to Mrs. D'Eliso. The Library Handbook below outlines the library policies and should be read carefully before you begin work in the library (and, of course, you will receive training)! Thank you for offering your time!

Donating Materials?
If you would like to purchase new materials to donate to the library, you are welcome to ask Mrs. D'Eliso where there might be areas of greatest need. Both the library and classroom teachers create "wish lists" of materials that they would like for their rooms - these lists are displayed at the biannual book fairs. If you have other materials you might like to donate, Mrs. D'Eliso will be happy to take a look at them and determine if they might fit in the UES Library collection. Thank you so much!
